Leadership
We may be a sorority for developing friendships, but in order to run a chapter, we need leadership skills. Our executive board is made up of hardworking and talented sisters, and there are plenty of opportunities to develop professional skills and connections. We have regional and national conferences with tons of workshops focusing on both internal chapter functions and navigating the outside world or building a career after college.
Leadership Opportunities
National Convention
Annually, our sorority holds a national convention for all sisters from every chapter internationally to attend! This year is in Dallas, but this is an opporunitiy to meet other sisters and to take advantage of guest speakers and workshops.
Executive Board
Our chapter has many executive and cabinet board positions available, all of which will help develop comunication, presentation, collaboration, and other professional skills.
Internships
One of our sisters is currently a MA Digital and Social Media Intern, which allows for networking, a professional experience to put on her resume, and real life work experience.
